What data do you provide?

We deliver positions, speed, course, vessel name, MMSI, vessel type, destination, ETA, and more. Professional plans unlock historical tracks and advanced analytics.

How often is the data refreshed?

Refresh rates differ per plan: Basic updates every 5 minutes, Professional every 60 seconds, and Enterprise delivers streaming updates in real time.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Sign up without a credit card and cancel anytime during the trial period.

How do you protect personal data?

We operate an ISO 27001 certified security program, encrypt all data with 256-bit AES, and comply with GDPR and Korean privacy regulations.

How do I get an API key?

Create an account and generate your API key directly from the dashboard. You can rotate keys or create separate keys per environment.

What happens if I exceed my rate limit?

You can keep requesting data, but additional usage is billed at the plan-specific overage rate. We notify you by email and via the dashboard before you hit your limit.

How fast are API responses?

Average response time is under 50 ms thanks to edge caching and redundant infrastructure delivering 99.9% uptime.

Do you provide SDKs or libraries?

What is your versioning policy?

We currently provide v1 with full backward compatibility. New versions are announced six months in advance and older versions remain supported for at least one year.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, debit cards, bank transfer, and corporate cards. Annual agreements also support invoicing.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee refunds within 30 days. For annual plans we prorate unused months. Request a refund via the dashboard or support team.

Can I change plans whenever I want?

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle with prorated adjustments.
